Re: A cry for HELP!

I wouldn't eat applesauce, way high in sugar. I would get some green vegetables and steam and also drink the broth. I started with eliminating everything from laundry detergent, to soap, face creams, etc. that contained anything that could irritate. Amazing to discover some soaps have sucrose and lactose in them, AND it all gets absored through your skin.I couldn't shower more than 2x/week without getting terrible hives. My situation was caused by absorbing cat Antibiotic into my skin for over 2 years, that's another story.

Valerian Root is good for calming, also chamomile tea. For me, the hives were so bad that from morning til night I tried to just not lose my mind, I do understand.

Go slowly, but defintely clean up your diet and don't cheat at all, it can be a long road. I've been on the diet for 2 years. I also found that with nuts that are allowed, they have to be raw, no toasted kind or seasonings and you must rinse them thoroughly as they are processed in a place that processes other not-allowed nuts and the stuff is in the air, thus lands on everything. It is only when I started being very diligent that I noticed progress.

You mentioned starting the P&B shakes, that would also help and whatever you do, DON'T feed the Candida, they are demanding stubborn buggers, but you must get the upper hand. I know it's so very hard, but hang in there!
