Re: 4th flush, no stones and WORSE acne!Can I flush again?

HI- How are you? What kind of zinc do they recommend? optiZinc? that's what i am using. i don't have any other info. but if i do i will pass it along.
i feel better since that's last flush overall. i did have little tiny bumps on my forehead after though. i wonder why. maybe i shoul dhave gotten a colonic the two days after as well.
are you flushing again soon?
i get so tired of tasting the oil. it can be so yuckey. but it's worth it i must say. i am getting there. :)
