you might want to run this by Shelly on her forum. she is very knowledgable.
also- i think it's really important tio have a clean bowel before you clean your liver. i get a colonic the day after the flush to help get it all out. i wouldn't do it any differently. try this if you can afford it. but also make sure you do the shakes to get it clean before the flush.
and have you tried the sensible health tintures to use in conjunction with the flushes?
