I agree with Vidalia about looking in to zinc deficiency if the bowel cleansing and Liver Flushes aren't helping. Vegan diets are known for causing a zinc/copper imbalance (copper too high/zinc too low). Can you start incorporating eggs into your diet and/or taking a zinc supplement? By the way, not all forms of zinc absorb well, so it is important that you get the right type. Fatigue is also a big symptom of this, as well as a racing mind but tired body. Do any of those apply to you?
