You are probably right. Maybe gluten is bad for me if I have leaky gut issues? I have flax crackers that taste like cardboard, but I also have tried some wonderful ones, and I just ordered some more and am anxiously awaiting them in the mail. I also have rice crackers that seem like eating paper they are so insubstantial, but something tells me I need to back away from all things gluten. I'll try that, but gosh, give up brown rice? Do I really need to do that?
