Gordon, I am sorry you are having such a difficult time wiht your skin. I don't know if this will help or not, but my favorite is a concealer by Clinique in a small tube. I'm sorry, but the name is worn off mine and I can't remember the name exactly, but if your Mom goes to the store and asks for a small tube concealer, they will know what it is. It comes in three shades and lasts a long time. Also at the drugstore look for Physician's Formula concealer in a stick or little pot that is green( yes, green!), or yellow. You put this color "neutralizer" on under the skin colored concealer. It works really well for those red or purple discolorations.
You may also want to try a light dusting of powder over these in your skin tone to help the concealer last longer.
