Re: Article in our local paper on Liver Flush
If someone is reading this for the first time and doesn't know any better, reading "cups of oil" vs 1/2 cup is a significant difference when trying to gauge credibility. If you want to debate a point, embellishment and exagerration is not going bolster your position.
Harm to the liver is just your opinion, just as helping is mine. I don't have any scientific disection or other analysis to prove it one way or the other and I doubt you do, either. As has often been stated - let your body tell you what's good for you or not. I've done over around 4 dozen flushes coming up to three years (constantly changing the protocol) and I feel fine. Other than an elevated blood
Sugar and cholesterol (true - LFing has not lowered my cholesterol), all my blood tests have always been normal.
Green stones aside, my first flush put out a massive amount of debris, chaff, sedimentaion. The second one not so much. And I haven't seen that since. It had to come from somewhere.
PS - I did try a full cup once. GAG
It didn't give me any better results
