I will tell u my story. I did LFes very religiously, agaisnt the wishes of all my family members. I was determined to cure my bloating "the natural way". I read Andreas Moritz books and was dead serious abt this stuff.

LFing depeleted all essentail minerals from my body. It DID NOT cure the bloating which I wanted to get rid of. I saw a lot of bright green stones. I do not want to go into detials if those stones were oil or not. But my problem was not solved. I was eating heathly and ofcourse I dont smoke and drink. ( never done it ever).

In my next yearly blood work, my cholestrol was slightly elevated and Ferritin was very LOW. And that blood test was taken, when I had stopped flushing for about 5 months. So LFinf messed up my blood work.

I stopped flushing in Nov 2006 and dont plan on doing any more of this insanity. Any kind of sudden purges will deplete the body of minerals which are needed for good health.

I am these days supplementing with Alkaline minerals - buffered Vitamin C, Drinking lots of water with good sea-salt, taking some granulated lecithin (non-gmo), some cod- liver oil ( now and then), Oil Pulling to chelate heavy metals.

Liver Flushing is potentially harmfull in my opinion. Unfortunately no one told me that when I started this journey. But I learnt the hard way. A lesson well learnt.
