Been reading through this thread and one statement of yours caught my attention. Pure misinformation. If you are going to make an argument, here, then state supporting facts that are true and accurate.

Your statement:
"I would detox the liver using lecithin, rather that gulp cups of oil. Too much of oil can be very taxing on the liver."

I would agree that too much of anything is not good. There is no one doing a Liver Flush who is "gulping cups of oil". It's 4 ounces every few weeks. That's hardly too much and hardly taxing.

BTW - I've never felt tired, drained or weak from doing a flush.
