Hey Grz thats great ! Funny thing I just recently restarted doing wieghts with my son, he's an energy drink consumer also, he loves it except for the kelp of course ,but am doing just stand up lifts and squats now that my knees are in such great shape, need a bench though ,thinking about making one myself unless I can find one at a garage sale or cheap! Have about three inches though to get 19" arms, although that might be too bulky looking for my size! Thinking about the jog too because I dont walk as much as I used to which I really miss for just general all around fitness! Im 58 now and love the idea of rebuilding muscle tone and body mass! Never to old for improvement right Grz! lol!
