My daughter finished 1 alkalizing drink yesterday and could not handle the kelp... I suspect that the drink was too much for her as she is trying to do too much at one time by giving up caffeine, most sugar, grains, etc.
Told her to back off and use just BSM and ACV or lemon juice in water to start. We will add the other stuff one at a time from there and adjust as needed.
Going to have to get a cap-m-quick for the kelp. That is what SHE suggested, so I know she wants to keep going forward. This is encouraging. Anyone have a capsule size recommendation? 0 or 00? Maybe just get the kit that does all four sizes? Considering I could use this for much more, I take herbals and spices uncapped now especially cayenne and hawthorn, I suspect the investment would be well worth it.
She had the caffeine headache yesterday from jumping in with both feet. Potassium and sodium bicarbonate, along with some calcium carbonate in some water helped ease that some.
When I started, I gave up things one at a time. First eliminating all artificial sweeteners (yes I used raw unrefined sugars instead and still do) and table salt, switching to Redmond's Real Salt and Himalayan crystal salt, then the bad oils and fats etc. etc. After about four months of much more dietary change I began bowel cleansing, the rest is history.
Probably need to sit down with her and map out a work plan for all of this...
