Thank you for your addition.

It does make me feel good as a parent. That feeling I have is much more about them, their growth as individuals, and their ability to make the right choices for themselves while living within the unrelenting face of temptation.

Even my 30 year old son in California and his girl friend are writing me for health tips and recipes.

A strong lesson for me in how we lead by example in the face of opposition.

Re: capsule size;

I thought I would start with the 00 size and add the 000 size later if it all goes well. I will be making the kelp capsules for my parents as well... yes, they are on board too :-) Mom, has never been far in her thinking though and is a great ally.

Speaking of which, I have to go pick up our raw milk (mom's too) for the week. Tweet
