What a beautiful place! Thanks so much for sharing them. Kinda makes me sad in a way.....I want to visit the UK desperately.

Midlothian, where I reside, was also a place brimming with coal mines as well. We are right in the middle of being over developed and many of us are furious about it. We used to be considered the country, but with all of the development, not anymore. It really does make us angry.

Oh well...I can look at your pictures and dream about it, I suppose.
