sorry - i have one more question.....did you always use her tinctures before every flush? i have used them once before a flush and the other one without. both were successful. this weekend i'd like to do another- but i have only been taking CB not the coptis because i don't have any. do you think i could still go ahead and flush? i really think i need to. ususally i just drink apple juice and take 1 cup each of OO (Olive-Oil) and lemon juice.
i do them in shots...do you? and i have never taken any mag citrate or epsoms.
