PTree or Valerie...One more thing...

I was just reading some of the old posts in this forum looking for answers...and I
found where someone had good luck with Triphala for old impacted matter. What do
you think about that...I have Triphala in the cabinet...and used to take 3 a day...
haven't taken it for a while....I also have Primal Defense.

And also...that picture in my profile square...I did NOT put that there and that is
NOT an image that I would select...I will try to have that removed...kathryn
