Your quote. The above is not what is being explained. You have a different view of what a "pet" is all about. And what evolution is all about. You are not aware that, that is what is taking place on this planet. Science is what you are involved in, so you can not reach out to the evolution of the planet and all that are participating in that.

If you see an animal as just a worker, then, yes that is what they are, but if you can open and see beyond that, you would see that they have evolved as we are. No not to the point that humans have, but with our support, they can and do transition. I suspect that you don't agree with the evolution of the entire planet and those that walk it.
