It depends how far you wanna take Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) elimination. Anytime there is fermentation of food involved it leads to at least partly hydrolisation of the protein and free glutamic acid as the result. :)

I personally am not going to use anything that contains any of the ingredients which contain Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) anymore - for example no fermented foods whatsoever, nothing with citric acid or vinegar either. There are many foods which have other health benefits, such as your supplement or kefir, yet the "side effect" is the Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) issue. Kefir might be good for the bacteria of the intestines yet bad for the brain cells.

I know - its fun to find all you caNOT eat anymore ;)
