As Wombat stated, "I think that we need to remember that the body DOES detoxify itself, and not freak out if we partake of something that may contain something *bad*. NO, I'm not saying "go eat cheetos" Just keep the scales weighted on the *good* side".
If we do the best we can and eat as well as we can...and if possible, no processed foods...then for the 'other foods', just ask God (or whatever you believe in) to bless your food and restore it back to its highest nutritional value. Unless you are able to grow your own foods, there is no need to freak out about everything you consume.
If you do as Trapper has mentioned and become a breatharian, you will have less worries. Seeing most of us cannot or simply will not do this, accept your choices and relax.
