I know! I LOVE Blaylock - he says it like it is.

Does anyone know if Blaylock warns about eating cooked tomatoes and mushrooms and bread since wheat gluten is added to all breads, bagels and rolls (I couldnt find a single one w/o at Whole Foods) also? Those wouldnt be fermented or manufacturered, yet they contain quite a bit of free glutamic acid especially due to simple cooking as far as I understand. I still dont know if I have to stop eating tomato based dishes and bread now to protect myself :)
