Dairy is just not really healthy anyways as it actually promotes calcium loss and the casein is extremely hard to digest. IF anyone wants to eat dairy it would have to
be raw and I cant get raw milk and leave alone raw yoghurt or cheese. Plus they add lactose to yoghurt and dont let it ferment long enough to get rid of the lactose already in the milk either. Not to forget the milk solids they add to hold together and "enrich" whipping cream and stuff like cottage cheese with Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) containing thickeners! Plus dried milk powder - which they add to everything from sour cream to cottage cheese alone is containing MSG. Then there is the ultra pasteurisation which also leads to Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) formation of the cream or what not. You really cant even find any dairy that is made JUST from pasteurized milk at least without anything added.
