Some hope re: msg/vegetable spray

I have found that there is very often Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) sprayed on fresh fruit and vegetables.
From testing with my pendulum I found out that this is done often by shops who use something to help keep the vegetable "fresh" and give them extra taste as well. That spray includes some kind of gum, which is sticky. The gum is used so that the product will stay sticking to the vegetables. The problem is that this gum is full of Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) (what I mean by this is that eventually, that gum becomes Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) in our bodies).

I have posted this last year on another forum :

DETECTION is now ESSENTIAL!!!
Gums are now being widely used to extend the shelf life of fresh produce.

It is not clearly said that you should use them on vegetables, just on fresh produce like fish and pastries.
But they discreetly do advise to use a coating of edible film on tomatoes etc; This "edible" film is actually sprayed on and mainly consists of hydrolized gum of some kind in water.

I wasn't aware of this until I was affected by vegetable I was buying at an organic shop. It WAS organic, with my pendulum I found it contained no pesticides. But the answer was positive for MSG!
I thought at first that the dreaded AuxiGro was the culprit.
I found it strange to find it in parsley and fresh herbs, as I previously thought AuxiGro was mainly used for carrots etc.
I tried to wash it off. It washed off a bit after the first wash. Then I tried a second wash. It was OK eventually, testing negative only after several washes in a big sink of water.
This could only mean that the MSG was not in something that had been used to grow the vegetables, but that it had been added LATER.
It was on lettuce and herbs. So I thought : could it be that they have been soaked in something or sprayed?
A bit worried, but life went on.

Just that same week, I had to go to Bangkok and first thing I did, I went shopping at the only place when I could find organic vegetables : The Emporium luxury Gourmet shop.
And Bingo! Whilst lingering in the supermarket looking at the beautiful food, I spoke to a lady who was filling her cart too. She said to me that she chose only organic vegetables because in Thailand they spray the vegetables with water that contains MSG! Thailand is an MSG addicted place, as you all know. Obviously they are not getting enough, poor things! I found out later when going back to my apartment that the organic vegetables were sprayed too. But I couldn't warn her as I hadn't taken her phone number.

Once at home from Bangkok, back to my computer, I did a little research and I found the above mentioned links (and others if you care to do this yourself).
Several kinds of gums are mentioned, for example in particular :

Xanthan gum

Guar gum :

Arabic gum

All of these being hydrolyzed and a prime source of MSG.

There are no labels here! This is "organic" produce!
Surprizingly, I found more of this stuff in organic vegetables than in normal vegetables. I believe this is because this magic potion is an added cost, and is worth using only on more expensive products. They must take into consideration not only the cost of the gum freshener, but also he cost of the manpower for spraying it.
Well I don't take vegetables which are not organic because of pesticides, but you have to make a choice in your organic vegetables, especially if you are on a raw food diet I should think.

Now why did I entitle this message : Some hope?
Because I have now found out that by rinsing ALL fresh produce with WARMISH water three times, I do not detect any of this gum-MSG product anymore.
Not too hard to do. And well within the reach of everybody, no testing needed.
