I did read right but did NOT see, all of which you posted. It can be potentially harmful, if ingesting too much! So, then it is safe for the athlete, which I am not, in this time :D (working on it slowly though)! I add 1 t. to my greens drink, so I will just use it, as a month on/off, type of protocol.
