tuff question, good question. To show they're (we're) set apart from anyone else...
Maybe:
--surgical removal of only the tip for easier retraction (good for phimosis, too)
--a medial incision in the frenulum so it doesn't act as a tether and possiblely hurt when stretched. (similar to a frenulectomy)
--"attenuate" sensory nerves with microsurgery and minimal loss of tissue (i think it can be done:-^ )
