I know of no Christian church outwith the USA and Canada where circumcision is approved other than for strictly medical necessity. And I know only one circumcised male outwith North America and that was a case of phimosis.

Catholics in the US practise circumcsion. And where circumcision is practised the 8th day is the best time to do it. But I know of no Christian churches outside the US and Canada which practise, recommend or require circumcision. Christian males outside North America have intact penises, complete with full foreskins. As do almost all other males in most Western countries.
