Re: Correcting "Hemochromatosis--Basis Chemistry Lesson"-$$$ to be made.
"'If you're sick it's [always] your own fault for making the wrong decisions.' When in reality, there are plenty of instances where people have an excellent and balanced diet, get exercise, and essentially do all the right things even growing their own food, and they *still* get sick."
There are times when the "sickness and disease" IS passed on from the parental bad habits to the child... we see that all the time now with "genetics". we also see it due to the previous generations polluting indiscriminately in the name of progress and profits; Obviously either of these we cannot control, and they have profound implications to health. However, WE can make changes to, and in our OWN lives in order to allow for our children to have a better fighting chance than we did; this we have control over... are we doing it? As a society, absolutely not. So who is to blame for tomorrow's sick and diseased? Our children. We are...
Personal responsibility goes beyond ones lifetime into our children's and our children's children lifetimes infinitum. If we are not responsible, who is?
