* Avoiding Transfats, sugary foods
* Laughter and a positive forgiving attitude
* Having friends to share your problems
* Being in a long term relationship
* Maintaining social bonds
* Education
* Keeping your brain active for life (music, chess, puzzles, learning languages or new skills)
* Good nutrition.

This list is great... I would go a few steps further and avoid pharmaceuticals and OTC drugs, no over consumption of alcohol (none if it is a problem at all; I think he just missed this), and emphasize the highest quality foods I could find, and a few more that may be individualized as need presented.
