I will offer my opinions, but this is not to say it is relavent in your particuliar case.
First, the type of parasites we are seeing these days are extremely resistent strains of some very common types. The way they work is by adapting to the host's entire physiology including the nervous system, endocrine, immune, and circulatory systems.
This, I beleive is a result of genetic tampering, and adaptation to pesticides. Temperature changes are also a factor.
The presents of some parasites are causing aggitation with other host commensal inhabitants, for eg. yeasts, protozoa and bacteria. This can cause fluctuations of symptoms depending on the life cycles of the parasite[s]. I have witnessed this in many examples while studying my own situation.
Finding vulnerabilities in these types of microbes is not an easy task, but many have made progress. It seems to be important to at least identify the parasite, because there may be certain accompanying bacteria which treaments for these can prompt your immunesystem to re-activate. Shroom Tweet
