Just a few comments.

First, I did not see you mention water. You should divide your weight in
pounds by half and drink that number of
ounces of good clean water a day. Ozonated water is better than tap water. Water, water, water. This loosens the stool. If it is too firm, drink more.

You need multiple bacteria rather than just one or two strains. Try a good yogurt with 5 or more strains or even better, use Kefir which has 10. 1 or 2 tablespoons several times a day is better than all at once.
>- Omega 3-6-9 Capsule
Many people, especially Americans get more than enough Omega 6 and 9. Concentrate on a better quality Omega-3. Meat has more than enough Omega-6 and most oils like olive oil provide plenty of Omega-9 which your body can make anyhow. Unless you eat lots of cold water ocean fish, you probably do not get enough Omega-3.
