I am dealing with some of the same symptoms you're having and I'm taking similar supplements (but differently) so I thought I'd give you my input.
Regarding your nasal spray addiction, that happened to me once after a cold and I reversed it using a saline spray about once an hour or more at first, I did not get much sleep that first night but by the 2nd I was fine. Better than just a saline spray you could try X-lear, a spray you can get a health food stores for about $10 which is very effective at clearing mucus from the sinus passages.
Now the story is different with me because I seem to have constant blockage on one side, a consequence of exposure to mold, and it gets worse whenever I eat wheat (in any form) and/or dairy so I must wear a nasal strip every night to be able to sleep at all. Sometimes, like when I'm stressed, that is not enough. I can't take decongestants so I used to spend a lot of totally sleepless nights until one day I "theorized" that guaifenesin, the active ingredient in cough syrups like Robitussin, could help me by relieving the pressure and it actually does. Although this is an OTC "drug", after I researched it I felt satisfied that it's very safe to take, it really comes from a plant and is used in a protocol for fybromyalgia. and buy it both in pill and syrup form but for some reason the syrup seems to works better and faster for me even though the great drawback is that it's loaded with sugar... If you suspect you have any mold in your house there are a couple of natural products I'd like to recommend to you, one is "HygienicAire", which is used to purify indoor air, and "HygiClean", a spray that kills mold without the toxicity of regular products, both can be obtained from www.lastingplatet.com.
I have a couple of comments to make about your supplements: 1) as far as I understand L-glutathione is probably useless because it is changed during digestion, usually precursor supplements like N-acetyl cysteine are usually indicated instead. 2) Herbs for parasites seem to be more effective taken on an empty stomach. 3) About the probiotic, I think the RenewLife are enteric coated so maybe they're fine but you may want to add another capsule a day. I also take triphala, but I believe one capsule is way to little to make any difference, I take 4-6/day preferably on an empty stomach, it has the added bonus of relieving constipation. Something else that was recommended to me to relieve the effects of mold is nettles capsules (must be freez-dried) but for the life of me I can't seem to remember to take them consistently so maybe that's part of the reason why I haven't made significant progress yet...
Lastly, you should consider adding molybdenum to your supplements to help with candida, here's a related article: http://candidapage.com/aldehyde.shtml; and if you don't do so already, take VCO which has anti-candida properties. If by chance your blood type is O, a combination of ground thyme, rosemary and oregano is very effective too (and is great as a seasoning for chicken and fish!). At one time I took about 1/2 tsp. mixed with VCO and minced fresh garlic twice a day for a few weeks and it was of great help.
