it is my first time doing The Master Cleanse and i am on my 4th day. it is hard but to actually see someone doing this for 40 days is wonderful! i dont think you should be mad at yourself, it is just a matter of self control as i was told by many. if you were able to do it the first time for 40 days, this second time around should be a breeze! you have already proven that you were so much stronger psychologically! so get rid of them nuts!
