I'm pretty mad at myself right now!
I hid my username because I'm embarassed.
I'm doing the Master Cleanse, well, kinda.
The very first time I did it, I did it for 40
days! I was so proud of myself. When I started,
I wasn't sure I could make it the ten days! My
first intention was not for 40 days but it was
easy so I just keep telling myself I'll go
another ten days!
Now, I can't even make it ten days without
eating! I'm not eating regular food. I just
have been eating raw almonds & pecans and not
everyday.
I'm drinking my six lemonades and plenty of
water, my lax tea at night and the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the
morning. I'm doing it all right EXCEPT for
eating the nuts!
I can't really call it the
Master-Cleanse if I'm eating!
I'm just wondering if me doing everything by
the book, of coarse except for the nuts about
every-other day, if I'm am still detoxing my
body?
This time doing it was more for weight loss.
I recently found out I have Lymes Disease which
makes it VERY hard, if not impossible for me
to loose weight (others with Lymes have the same
problem too). I gained weight steadly until I
was 50lbs. over weight! I was in excellant shape
and solid muscle before that! I couldn't understand
what was wrong among other health problems. But
I could talk about that forever! Anyway, nothing
has worked for weight loss up until the
Master-Cleanse that
I did for 40 days. I lost 27lbs. and gained about
8lbs back in about 2 1/2 months, so I think that
that's pretty darn good. I eat very healthy so
I'm thinking once I get down to the weight I
want by doig the
Master-Cleanse and cleaning out my body of
all the junk and helping it start repairing itself,
that I should be able to maintain my weight. I'm
also seeing an Alternative doctor that has me
on Bio Active Homeopathic LYM D-HP and Lym D. I
noticed it working the first week I was taking
it. A real life saver!
I was so focused the first time doing the MC and
I know I can do it again but it's been so damn
hard!!! I have to keep asking myself, "What's
more important, eating a few nuts I'm craving or
getting down to the weight I want to be".
I'm thinking that the nuts are preventing me
from loosing the weight too!
Very counter-productive!
Anyway, I just had to vent.
