Romeo: Hopinso has some good information. For sure Mag, Potasium or Iodine can cause these problems but usually it's liver congestion. Once the liver is decongested the deficiencies tend to disappear. I have also heard many stories of the Liver flush not going right. That's why I use the olive oil, coke and lemon flush. I have yet to see anybody have a problem with it. Of course you have to pre flush with Apple cider with the orthophos in it to soften up the debris in the liver and gallbladder. Plus the orthophos relaxes the common bile duct to guarantee nothing gets stuck. The recipe for that flush is in my book "It's Not Illegal to get Healthy". Email me and I'll send the instructions for that flush to you.
I've heard a lot of good things about Humaworm but the best results I have gotten are from Barefoots DeWormer. Don't do a flush unless you've done at least two weeks of the antiparasite program.
Anything unknown will make you fearfull. Not to worry, back in Dec 98 to Feb 99 I did a liver flush every day. They literally saved my life. (It's a long story) So they can't hurt you, it's just an unknown to you thus the aprehension. Live in the answer NOT the problem.
