heart keeping me up at night

Hi doctor...welcome to curezone ;) I'm a little worried about a couple conditions I have. I'm 25...and seem far to young for theses probs. I've irregular heartbeat for years, cardiologist said it was nothing to be concerned about but for the past few days it's been so bad that it keeps me up at night as well as waking me up in the middle of the night. It feels as though my heart it skipping or throwing an extra beat out there...it's very uncomfortable for me and getting scary.
I don't have any other symptoms with it sometimes pressure in my forehead. I truly look forward to your response :)
