Hun, you are on the right track but you really need to be patient. Bright eyes and glowing skin and health won't happen overnight. It'll happen gradually as you build your health up. Keep working on your parasite and colon cleansing and follow the excellent guidance Somer has given you. Focus on one thing at a time and not trying to do everything you hear about at once. Juice fasting would give you much of the same benefits as the MC, but you would also lose weight like you did on the MC. I recommend just following a good cleansing diet like Somer recommended and also drink fresh juices. Work on improving your diet and be patient with your parasite and bowel cleanse.
