Red Eyes

Everyone is different. We should all have an idea what "normal" is for us. If anything is NOT normal, we should surely ask ourselves why, find the cause and correct it. If we are unable to do this on our own, we should seek professional advice. This is what it means to take personal responsibility for our own health, rather than waiting for conditions to develop to the point where we need medical intervention. Our bodies DO talk to us, if we are listening!

My eyes remained red despite years of industrial strength internal cleansing. I eventually went to my opthalmologist, who hipped me to the fact that I had developed an infection from tiny parasites who had set up shop in my eyelashes (!) and were throwing their tiny parasite trash into my eyes constantly! Once I followed the cleanup program, voila! No more red! Hmm.

Body cleansing is not a quick process, and at times it can be downright arduous. It DOES take patience, but we should be willing to discover the cause of anything unusual or uncomfortable and learn the best way to deal with it rather than waiting for it to go away on its own.

Best,
Somer
