this is a tough malady because of the lag time between the cause and effect. the best thing is being outside when it is light out. i know. i lived 100 miles from the arctic circle for 26 years. i did not get completely cured from it until i left and came to missouri. and i still get twinges in the winter. we were meant to live near the equator and spend our waking hours outdoors in the day.
full spectrum lighting in the house is also good as is consistent 10pm-6am sleeping time.
