Thanks.It's strange to figure out how regular I became after I was eating only meat/veggies with very little carbs believing that it was somehow 'healthier' for me lol
I guess I really wanted it to work and stuck by it eventhough I was having real issues with my regularity.I told myself that it was because I was just getting used to it and all this BS when something was really wrong! Thank god I didn't do any real damage being that I reveresd my sysmptoms in about a weeks time and naturaly best of all!
I know that
Oxypowder is great for a short term cleanse but using it regularly kinda messed things up I bet.I understand that they say that it's non-habitforming and that it's safe but I think I'll decide on that one.It dosen't take a genius to figure out that watery shits everyday will make you sick!
Cleansing?! what am I cleansing myself of?..
FOOD? lol!
I still eat pretty good..an example meal is;
lite salad
medium rare steak W/steamed veggies (fill up til I am satisfied!)
chili/beans
and if I am still hungry,I'll just fill up on chili/beans.It may seem like alot of carbs but the fiber content is pretty high so it's cool.
And that's about it.No more 'no-carb psychosis' attacks or brain farts from low clucose levels because I am soo drained of glycogen lol

I was no carbing it for some time intermitently and I can honestly say it is NOT for me..The Warrior diet it is! once again!
