lol not soo much difficult more like reluctant,I seem to want to stop eating soon before I am even full.I'll eat like a steak and salad and that'll be it for the night,I did that for a LONG time.I skipped out on the carbs and veggies for a bit and I suspect that it was the cause of my irregularity because of the lack of bulk/fiber in my gut.I am now back to eating as much as I am hungry but I know it will be difficult for me,for some reason I just don't want to eat alot anymore for my main meal though I know that if I did I may actually put on the weight I want to.I hope i haven't developed some sort of eating disorder! AAaarrgg!! (0_o)
I also drink a weight gainer now after my workouts,it seems to be doing it's job being that I feel stronger.
