I may have to try that 5 hour window thing,I just got done eating half a rack of baby back ribs,salad and steamed veggies.Though I am not hungry,I am not really full neither but it's soo close to my bedtime I may just go to bed.
I will try to have 2-3 meals tommorow during that 5 hour window.I feel like I can eat more if I allow my stomach to settle some but like I said,I am pretty sleepy so I may just knock out.It was a good meal!
Looking back,no wonder I could'nt eat as much in the past..i ate soo close to my bedtime that I'd just sleep,it would also explain my extreme leaness as well.

I drank some coffee for once in a long time and it's kept my alert as well as kept my appetite down as well.I may start drinking it again.
