Well,tonight is my first official night back on the WD after about a week or so and i am going to attempt again at gaining some solid weight.The only thing different this time is that I am going to fill up on meats along with steamed veggies and salad ,then fill up on carbs.If I am still hungry I will eat more protein again later on in the night but smaller meals (meat/veggies) instead of a big one like at dinner and waiting at least 2 hours after the main meal. Hope it goes well,in the past I have only eaten relativly lightly for my main meal,eventhough I had an option to eat as much as I wanted to,which lead to me being able to maintain a consistant weight but also after loosing alot of it to begin with.I have really really really low bodyfat and pretty trim to begin with,I have been trying to put on weight the traditional ways (frequent meals) but dislike the timings and miss the WD way of eating. I am about 5'7 140 right now,real lean.I want to be back up to 170-180 but it's going to be a while and take some effort! I love the WD and don't think I will ever be able to go back to the standard diet.
