Well, it's official-
Since adding larger portions of steamed veggies,salads and beans I am officialy regular again.I also cut my protein intake by about half and if I do eat more then I usualy do I will eat a little bit more veggies/beans to compensate.
I notice that the pain and tightness in my gut has also went away as well.
It's been about two months since I've stopped using Oxypowder .
Though I have attempted this before,this is the first time it's actualy proven to be effective.I owe it to those few days I ate alot of fiber to really get my gut used to moving bulk again.
