Some things that have helped me with a damaged gut are:
1)Healing herbs like Slippery Elm & Comfrey
2)Inulin containing herbs/foods such as Dandelion, Burdock, Asparagus, Artichokes, to feed your Bifidobacteria
3)Chia seed gel
4)Buttermilk (Yogurt and Kefir do not agree with me, but we're all different.)
5)Broths, especially gelatin.
After a few days of zeroing in on the above, I was able to enjoy and benefit greatly from the Moreless Drink. Apparently, my gut just needed a little help.
