with that labeling experiment dr E has done repeatedly, most of it is what you think about your water.

i used to get my water in faibanks from a natural spring north of town in the mining village of Fox. all of my containers were labeled "for health" "good for you", etc. i also would think or say a blessing while getting the water. "bless this water for good health, for healing, and for doing gods will."

since the body is mostly water, what do you believe the effect is of your thoughts about that? the good book says love your neighbor as yourself, not hate your neighbor as yourself. when my body rebeled against me, it was hard. we must all bear our cross and carry on. Tweet
