i am still at 100mgs of Iodine per day which is split between Lugols liquid and iodoral. its been four months or more now? that could be another reason it started - just the amount of Iodine and time that has passed. i think that is what AYE was trying to say the other day, among other things. the length of time is important and necessary and different for all. i was never morbidly obese, but i was the king of bromated body fat. i think i am losing my title in spades.
