Hello Grassman.....I have an Inversion Table that I use for 15 minutes every evening before bed. I also do a 2-mile fast walk every morning. I'm 'banking' on that and Liquid Diet (with 6 to 8 ounces of Wheatgrass Juice everyday) to heal my back. I'm also 'toying' with doing some Water Fasting along with it. Yoga stretches just aggravate my back, but I guess I should do them too.....WY
