I like to drink 3 or 4 ounces of Wheatgrass Juice, after my morning walk, followed by 16 to 32 ounces of Celery Juice (depending on how I feel).
My favorite 'thing' now is eating Watermelon and juicing the Rind. I feel 'Green' afterwards. Try it. Best to buy Organic Watermelons, if you can.....WY
