By taking in negative energy can make you sick by throwing your energy out of whack.
When we are around negative people, we end up picking that up whether we want to or not. What I do so that I don't get sick anymore from the negative energy is that I release it to Arch Angel Michael so that he can take it to the light and deal with it appropiately. Most times I block it now so that I don't pick it up.
But when I do healings, I send it to Michael to take it to the light and for him to deal with it appropiately. So far it has helped in healing our land here where I live, we have gotten a new park manager where good changes are being made, and we have gotten rid of one very negative neighbor who made it miserable here for others.
