I've done that fast and I think it is very helpful. Also, if you can do the workouts and not feel lightheaded, then you are fine. Only if you are feeling lightheaded do you need to worry about whether you're working out too hard, or whether you need to drink more lemonade and/or water. If you're not working out hard-core (marathon running, etc.), just listen to your body and you will be fine. I actually really enjoyed my workouts while on the MC. I found that I felt light and bouncy. :-)
