Nothing! That is a danger that us "dieters" have to watch out for. We get it in our heads that either we are dieting or we are not. No in-between for us. Eat in such a way that you can make it a way of life then this danger is eliminated. We all know that one to two pounds a week is a healthy amount to lose and helps us keep it off in the long run. My big fear in losing weight is in gaining it back. Horrors! I don't let myself gain more then 3 to 5 pounds. Yet I also don't let myself lose the 20 pounds I have extra. Hmmm.
