Monday at 11:15am est. Feel pretty ok. Woke up easier this morning than ever before. normally I hit snooze about 5 times, but this time woke much more clear headed. The "hunger" is really more psychological craving than anything. Took an appetite suppresent which has helped. feel very clear and focused right now. I am paying much more attention to detail at work whic is good. Had a brief dizzy spell earlier. Weigh in after shower was 199.8 so another pound lost since last night. Feel good to be under 200!.
